This promotional brochure for a fictitious ed tech company was a group project for a Needs Assessment and Analysis course. Co-created with Jackie Flout and Marie Becker.

Summer 2022

Student privacy during COVID-19

This research paper explores K-12 student data privacy as students were required to use online tools during the pandemic. Many schools in a rush to provide online learning traded student data for free access to EdTech products (Human Rights Watch, 2022). This is a serious transgression.

Spring 2021

The Digital Divide

This paper is about the consequences of the digital divide for students during and after the pandemic. This paper questions the role of government and whether internet should be a public utility. Impact on students is documented based on race, income, and political affiliation.

Fall 2020

To Replace the SAT

This paper explores the fairness of games as assessment and their potential to replace the SAT in college admissions.
